We like to pretend we’re above it. That we are impervious to newly blocked profiles, could care less about seeing photos from parties we didn’t get invited to, and are unaffected by suspicious status updates.
But we’re not. Unfortunately, more often than not, material that’s posted on Facebook has a very real impact on our lives. The wrong girl comments on your boyfriend’s profile picture, and now you’re in a fight. Your mom sees a picture of you with your father’s new girlfriend, and now you’re in a fight. Your boss notices you checked in at the Cubs game when you called in sick, and now you’re in a fight.
The Everygirl wants to know, when has your virtual drama affected your reality?
