Description: Elizabeth Grace is a small stationery shop, specializing in custom wedding and event invitations in Chicago. With a strong sense of style and a talent for detail, we specialize in creating beautiful suites of stationery for the discerning bride. Over the years, the business has grown. We moved from our tiny one-room studio to our trendy Lincoln Park boutique, full of gifts and wonderful invitations from an assortment of talented designers.
Responsibilities: We have a position for an individual who loves the bridal industry, stationery and wedding invitations, and has excellent customer service skills. Position includes working alternate (or equivalent) Saturdays.
This position would focus on meeting with bridal (and other!) clients, guiding them in invitation and stationery selection, and guiding them through to their wedding or event with all of the “paper details.” Behind the scenes, managing all of the details needed to ensure proper execution, delivery and billing, as well as less glamorous day to day shop duties.
Requirements: Applicant must be a self-starter, have excellent organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and have good people skills and an eye for design. Social media and marketing interest and/or experience would be wonderful. Basic Html, WordPress, QuickBooks and/or simple bookkeeping also a plus! Previous experience in bridal, stationery, project management, and/or high end retail required.
