Job Posting: Community Manager for Lo&Sons

Position: Community Manager
Company: Lo & Sons
Compensation: $30-$40k
Location: New York City
Hours/Expectations: At least 40-50 hrs a week

Who We Are: We create thoughtfully designed travel bags and laptop totes.

Responsibilities: 
–    Respond and manage customer service cases with patience and kindness
–    Process returns and exchanges in an extremely organized and timely fashion
–    Work with warehouse and fulfillment centers
–    Engage with our community on social media channels
–    Track and monitor online content created by fans and consumers
–    Create and manage return reports
–    Help conduct customer market and product design research
–    Plan and help coordinate events & showroom appointments
–    Help with other duties whenever appropriate.

Requirements:
–    1-2 years of prior work experience preferred
–    Undergraduate degree required
–    Entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness
–    Excellent communication and email writing skills
–    Extreme attention to detail
–    Ability and confidence to think on the fly and prioritize tasks/responsibilities
–    Kindness and empathy combined with a sense of humor
–    Self-motivation and interest in helping grow our business
–    Deep knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Excel, Word, and Google Drive/Docs
–    Passion for travel and thoughtful design/style
