Position: Social Media and Graphic Design Intern

Hours: 3 days a week- min 12 hours (hours are flexible)

Responsibilities: We need to build better brand awareness via Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and blogs. If you are interested in these platforms and are smart, witty, and know how to think on your feet, keep reading!

Help research, update, and manage all social media platforms for various clients. Provide support to social media manager in various capacities including day to day updating, long term planning, consulting, branding, and strategizing. Also reach out to influential bloggers by sending them product and follow up.

Learn how to market and brand fashion and lifestyle companies across various social media and digital platforms. Learn how to evaluate the success of all efforts and how to deliver results to the clients effectively.

This internship will teach you how to actually become a social media strategist and learn the business – not do busy work. This is an opportunity to learn what these tools actually mean for businesses who are engaging in them to see results and a return on their investment. And all this happens while having fun! (Real fun, not the kind you read about but never actually have in some internships…)

Internship duties will also include: Help designing and building email blasts, blogs, informational and ecommerce websites; perform ongoing improvements and updates to the website.

Requirements: Intern should be highly interested in social media on the fashion side and how it functions for businesses. The right candidate should be organized, creative, motivated, quick thinking, have a good sense of humor, and all around awesome! This opportunity could easily lead to a paid internship for the right candidate.
