The Everygirl's NYFW Street Style Report

The Everygirl's NYFW Street Style Report #theeverygirl
Yes, there is something complex and alluring about starting to plan your spring purchases long before the weather falls below 70 degrees. However, contrary to popular belief, that's not actually the reason we love following what's going on at New York Fashion Week each season.

Let's be honest, it's all about the street style. So we teamed up with photographer Fiona Melder to hunt for the most fashionable gals around Lincoln Center. Fresh off the streets of New York, here is a sampling of ladies who, arguably, completely killed it at Fashion Week. And, of course, how to snag their chic ensembles on an Everygirl budget, no less.

PUT A BOW ON IT

This chic black & pink look is enough to make Barbie swoon. But the bow on top? We're sold.
Get the look: Full Skirt, Pink Heels, Neck bow

ON THE ROCKS

Etherial chic on top, no-frills edge on the bottom. If you can't choose one statement piece, might as well rock all of 'em. It is Fashion Week, after all.
Get the look: Necklace, Kimono Top, Statement Belt, Shorts

PASTEL PARTY

Yes, you can wear your pastels in the fall! Just swap your usual sandals for a sleek, black patent pump. And my, that's a great sassy ponytail
Get the look: Midi Skirt, Shirt, Heels

ABOUT THE TROUSERS

We can't wait to get our hands on some high-waisted trousers! To remix their business-casual feel, wear them with an edgy pair of booties. Don't be afraid to rock that menswear with confidence. (i.e. Those suspenders? I die.)
Get the look: Trousers, Booties, Suspenders

CLASSIC BLACK & WHITE

A classic sartorial cocktail of black and white never goes out of style. Her combination of coated denim jeans, a timeless button down, and tan fedora, is also no exception.
Get the look: Coated denim, Booties, Shirt, Hat

COLORED COORDINATES

It's no secret that a great matching set makes us giddy. Especially a pink one! Follow her lead and pair yours with a pair of chunky shoes to keep your co-ords from feeling too "sweet".
Get the look: Matching Top & Skirt, Shoes

DENIM ON DENIM

Ever feel like throwing the heavy skirts, tight dresses and pounds of jewelry out the window? If so, you should probably opt for a chambray shirt and mom jeans instead.
Get the look: Jeans, Chambray Button Down

FANCY GRUNGE

90's grunge meets your middle school librarian. What's not to love? The coolest way to dress up your graphic tee? Clearly with a pencil skirt and some killer red heels.
Get the look: Tee, Pencil Skirt, Heels

LADYLIKE EDGE

If you thought midi skirts were too cutesie for your liking, think again. The simple solution? Just pull on your studded booties and an edgy necklace.
Get the look: Patterned Midi skirt, Booties, Necklace

SEEING RED

This red leather jacket? Undeniably lustworthy. Paired with a preppy black patterned skirt, its a number that's simply unbeatable.
Get the look: Jacket, Skirt, Necklace, Sunglasses

HUES OF BLUES

The only block better than New Kids' is this hue on hue extravaganza. Teal, navy, and black is a combo we'll be ordering again, thank you.
Get the look: Pants, Button Down, Hat, Sweater, Heels

TAKES THE CAKE

But the fall duo we're still dreaming about? This autumn shade of mustard and that luxurious hue of wine, in this winning ensemble that is Laura Ingalls meets Carrie Bradshaw. Cake. Taken.
Get the look: DressBootsHatBelt
