I definitely mix both but lean more towards shabby chic. I wish I had a huge house so I could decorate individual rooms in completely different styles.

I like the clean lines of modern and the comfy-ness of sabby chic. I like to mix it up by adding layers of shabby chic onto the background of minimalistic lines.

I like a mixture of both. I feel like it’s easier for me to think straight sometimes when things are kept minimalistic, but at the same time I imagine more traditional styles to have more color and personality, which I love.
