    Oh, this is one of the things I absolutely need for my kitchen. The more that I learn about cooking, I see how important the french/dutch oven is. I have a huge piece of beef in my freezer that is some kind of roast. I bought it at a BOGO sale. The other piece I put into the crockpot and it came out really yucky. I need the oven to sear and season on the stove and then bake. Oh, I have a huge pork roast in the freezer too…that would be next item to be cooked in the oven!
