Made the California bowl and it was outstanding. Used a wild rice/red quinoa blend. My girlfriend made the sweet potato green rice tonight and loved it. Ready to make the roasted veg and curried avocado bowl next. All of these are great because of the depth of flavor. I could eat a different one each day! Thank you.

  • These all look incredible! Thank you so much for including my sweet potato bowl. It’s been quite a hit with readers!

  • Perfect recipe. Very healthy and delicious at the same time.
