Mairim started her career as a software trainer and quickly became the go-to trainer for major oil companies in Houston. Her experience in training sparked a passion for the administrative side of HR, where her knack for providing guidance and following rules came into play. After 15 years in the corporate world, she shifted gears to become a stay-at-home mom to her three kids. Although it was a big change, she threw herself into school, sports, and scouting activities, still making use of her previous knowledge and organizational skills. When her youngest started high school, she jumped back into the workforce and found her niche working with small companies and entrepreneurs. Mairim loves the challenge of building HR departments and protocols from scratch and teaming up with entrepreneurs to help their businesses grow.

Mairim and her husband love to travel, spend time with their grandkids, and are the ultimate road warriors—a 16-hour drive in a day is not a problem! Her husband perfers to drive, but she is an excellent co-pilot. She is a serial crafter (knitting, scrapbooking, embroidery, Cricut projects, refinishing furniture, wreath making, and so on). Most recently, she has discovered a love for sailing.
