To offer extra #inspo as you go through the month-long challenge (or to take care of your New Year’s vision boarding), we’re providing bonus tech backgrounds including inspiring quotes from guests and vision boards that help you tap into your highest self every time you look at your screen. How to Download Tech Backgrounds
To download from one of our monthly tech background selections, scroll through the article to find one that you love. Then, click the link to the size you wish to download to access the image and download it to your desktop.
Pro Tip: You Don’t Have to Choose Just One!
If you’re adding your tech backgrounds to a Mac, you can have your tech backgrounds rotate as often as you want. Start by downloading all of the tech backgrounds you want and adding them to one folder. Then, navigate to the wallpaper tab in your Mac settings and scroll down to the button that says “add folder.” Once it’s added, click the “rotate” button and frequency with which you want to shuffle the images.
Week 1: Set Resolutions
This week’s theme of the Better Life Blueprint is to get clear on what you want to accomplish in 2025. The resolutions we set are often rooted in what we think we should accomplish instead of what we’re truly excited about. Do you really want to lose 20 pounds by summer, or is it something you feel you should do to be more confident? Do you really want to get a promotion, or do you just feel like that’s what success is supposed to look like? This year, set goals and resolutions that will genuinely make you feel life happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.

Self-improvement is important, but if we get into the habit of constantly trying to improve ourselves, we miss out on celebrating what we have accomplished. We so often forget the goal of self-improvement is just to feel happier. This year, avoid the betterment burnout trap; don’t get so caught up in setting new resolutions that you forget you already have so much of what past versions of you wanted.
