Florally Pink Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup of your favorite dairy-free milk*
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh strawberries
1 tbsp white chia seeds
½ – 1 tsp MCT oil
½ tsp maca powder
optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
Optional toppings:
Edible flowers (not all flowers pictured are edible; make sure to only consume edible flowers)
1 can full-fat coconut milk refrigerated overnight (used for drawing flowers)
Directions:
If you’re going to draw on your smoothie bowl, I would suggest using 1 can full-fat organic coconut milk for your dairy-free milk base* for your smoothie bowl. This will make your smoothie thicker.
In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients until a smooth consistency.
Pour into a bowl. If you want to have some fun drawing flowers on your smoothie bowl, first place in the freezer for about 20-30+ minutes to harden the top surface. Then, using a new, clean small paintbrush, draw on your flowers using the canned coconut milk as your “paint.” I would suggest removing the canned coconut milk from the fridge and letting it sit for a couple minutes before starting to paint, to allow it to soften a bit. Add edible flowers and enjoy!
Watermelon, Strawberry, & Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl

optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
optional: 1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides
Optional toppings:
Coconut flakes
White chia seeds
Dragon fruit cut-outs
Fresh strawberries
Watermelon heart cut-outs
Edible flowers
Additional fun option:
Carve out the half of a small watermelon to use as your bowl!
Directions:
In a high-powered blender, blend all ingredients until a smooth consistency.
Pour into a bowl (or your watermelon bowl!) and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
