Prior to the pandemic, my favorite shoes were heels. I love how confident and fabulous they made me feel, and how they helped me match what we’ll call my “tall personality.” Now that I’m looking forward to leaving the house again, I’m ready to break out of my athleisure and find incredible shoes to fill the void I’ve missed over the past year—but I have one, glaring problem: I have wide feet and there is a serious lack of sandals for wide feet.
My feet are flat and wide, two characteristics that make finding comfortable shoes that my feet don’t spill out of extremely challenging—and I know I’m not the only one.
