When she's not writing stories or reading the latest YA fiction novel, you can find her reviewing wine, listening to '80s pop, obsessing over home decor, building her candle collection and taking care of her plants.

After working with Beyond Type 1 as a social media intern and with Apartment Therapy as a commerce intern, Tierra came to The Everygirl Media Group in 2021 as an Editorial Intern. After graduation with a BS in Magazine Media, she hopes to become a social media editor and writer at a publication focused on uplifting women and people of color.
