I’m not doing nearly as much meal prep as of late, but now that the weather is changing and we’re moving into the beginnings of a busy holiday season (already! AH!), it’s time to get back into it. I tend to have a very loose interpretation of what meal prep looks like (it’s not that different than leftovers some weeks in my house), but all of these 20 fall recipes to meal prep work well, no matter how you meal prep. My best tip? Soups, stews, curries, and chilis are ideal for cold weather meal prep—freeze in individual containers and then you’re ready to grab and go, even if you haven’t had time to meal prep in weeks. It’s a game-changer.
