Unpopular opinion: Spring weather doesn’t really excite me; however, the cold and rainy days that come with the season do offer a great opportunity to clean out our closets, say “see you later!” to our trusty winter sweats, and make room for new warm-weather clothes, shoes, and accessories—and there’s no place that gets us more excited to update our closets for the season than Madewell.
Even though it’s still quite cold for many of us until mid-May, we’re all about shopping for warmer days at the very beginning of spring (so we don’t lose our shot at picking up the very best pieces). We focus on purchasing classic, higher-quality pieces that we’ll be able to wear on repeat through the end of summer. To no one’s surprise, Madewell is and will always be one of the first retailers we go to that fit’s all our criteria.
