Change up your tech backgrounds each week with the new week’s theme, or pick the background based on your resolutions. Consider us your (prettiest) accountability buddy.

Week 1: Set 2026 Resolutions

This week’s theme of the Best Self Challenge is to get clear on what you want to accomplish in 2026. The resolutions we set are often rooted in what we think we should accomplish instead of what we’re truly excited about. Do you really want to lose 20 pounds by summer, or is it something you feel you should do to be more confident? Do you really want to get a promotion, or do you just feel like that’s what success is supposed to look like? This year, set goals and resolutions that will genuinely make your life happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.

Listen to the new episodes of The Everygirl Podcast, “Your Glow-Up Guide to Setting Resolutions You’ll Actually Keep (January’s Monthly Curriculum)” and “Your Level-Up Is Already Happening: A Guide to Getting What You Want Faster (& My Life-Mapping Routine).” Rethink your goals and set resolutions that will truly make your life better in 2026–get inspired with our resolutions-themed vision board.

When we talk about living your “best year,” we don’t just mean what you accomplish or achieve or become. We mean “best year,” as in the year that you fall in love with life, feel most at peace, and where you fully live like the point of life is to enjoy it. Remember that while setting your resolutions.

Week 2: Glow Up Your Health

This week’s theme of the Best Self Challenge is to glow up your health. Think of it as a week focused on your overall well-being to improve energy, longevity, gut health, and hormones, and feel better in your body. Spoiler: You won’t find any fad diets and punishing workouts here, but rather sustainable tricks of the trade to live (and maintain) a healthy lifestyle.

If you’re in your healthy girl era, allow this week’s vision board tech background to serve as a powerful inspiration to love your body more: eat nourishing foods, move in ways that feel good for you, and prioritize the way you feel.

Listen to the new episode of The Everygirl Podcast with Ayurvedic expert Sahara Rose, available on January 6. Sahara shares how she went from chronic health issues and divorce to studying Ayurveda in India and launching an eight-figure brand rooted in healing and feminine empowerment. From how to use your dosha to personalize your wellness routines, to Sahara’s health tips you probably haven’t heard anywhere else, to how to heal from betrayal and connecting to your purpose, this episode is a glow-up for your body and soul.

At the end of the day, your health goals or wellness routine should not be about pushing your body or ignoring your body, it should not be out of hate for your body and out of a desire to change it; real health is actually about listening to your body, and loving your body so deeply you know exactly what it deserves.

Week 3: Optimize Your Fitness

If your 2026 goal is to run a marathon, enter your Pilates era, or simply to stop being intimidated by gym bros, we’ve got you covered. If updating your fitness or overall health is on your 2026 resolution list, you’ll learn all of Kendall’s tricks to optimize your health, achieve any fitness goal, and overall feel better in your body.

The key to optimizing your fitness is not the major overhauls, intense challenges, or difficult routines. The change actually happens from the small, daily baby steps (adding 1 pound weights, going on a 10-minute walk when you don’t feel like moving, parking in the furthest parking spot, living less sedentarily).

Week 4: Tap Into “Rich Girl” Energy

This week’s theme of the Best Self Challenge is to tap into “rich girl” energy. No matter where you are in your financial wellness journey, there’s always something you can do to feel more confident and abundant. Maybe you’ve finally paid off all of your debt and want to focus on saving and investing; maybe you want to stick to a budget this year, or maybe you simply want to get started on your taxes a few weeks earlier. We deserve to feel in control of our finances. This week will help you get there.

Whether you’re a corporate baddie who’s already in your rich-girl era or you feel completely confused and out of control with your finances (been there), allow this week’s vision board to remind you that you are in control of your money, and that you can feel good in your financial life. If you view money as a stressor, it’s time to start looking at money as a tool to live your best life.

Week 5: Manifest Your Dream Life

This week’s theme of the Better Life Blueprint is to manifest your dream life. Think: feeling inspired about all you want to accomplish, showing up as your highest self, and tapping into emotions like abundance and gratitude to attract more good things to you.

Vision boarding is a useful manifestation tool, and we did the work for you with a vision board you can set as your phone, iPad, or laptop background to constantly inspire you to show up as your highest self.
