Over the past few weeks, my usual, semi-productive Sunday night routine has taken the backseat in exchange for a glorious 60 minutes of my eyes glued to my TV, taking in every second of season three of The White Lotus. After two stellar seasons, the show has become synonymous with the loud, colorful resortwear that costume designer Alex Bovaird dresses the characters in—including Leslie Bibb’s character, Kate Bohr—but a less-expected (and very pleasant) surprise has been the cast’s equally covetable off-camera style on this season’s press tour.
While Leslie Bibb’s iconic (née, c*nty) little bob has been hogging headlines, her recent style, full of structured tailoring and matching sets, takes inspiration from menswear, but delivers it with a fresh, feminine effect. It’s clear that Bibb’s stylists, Jeanann Williams and Ashley Afriyie, who have a star-studded client set including Naomi Watts, have taken the opportunity to propel the longtime Hollywood fixture—let’s not forget she’s been in blockbusters since the ’90s, people!—as a style star.
The only thing living more rent-free in my mind than what’s going to happen in this week’s White Lotus finale? (For the record, my bets are on Timothy Ratliff going by way of poison smoothie.) These five Leslie Bibb looks.

Whoever thinks a matching suit set is boring obviously hasn’t laid eyes on this impeccable Stella McCartney set Bibb wore on March 19. The cool grey of the set perfectly compliments the silver chain belt—which is included on the actual McCartney skirt she wore, but can also be easily recreated with skirt and chain belt separates. The look is kept away from office territory thanks to the casual, little white tank that’s paired underneath the blazer.

A rare denim occurrence for Bibb, this look—which she stepped out in on March 13 in New York City—perfectly demonstrates how to “dress up” jeans. Thanks to a cropped J.W. Anderson jacket that hits perfectly at the waist of her straight jeans, this look feels like a totally fresh take on an inherently classic styling combination. The cream jacket and coordinating heels sandwich the denim to feel polished, while her understated gold jewelry pulls it all together without any one piece overpowering the rest.

For a nighttime appearance in New York City on March 18, Bibb opted to ditch the idea of a predictable dress and opt for a coordinating leopard-print set and black wrap coat instead. The pants’ pattern and texture help prevent the look from feeling too matchy-matchy, while the heeled black boots and red lipstick pull everything together to deliver a sexy, unexpected night-out look.

For a photo call in Sydney, Australia on March 31, Bibb paired a utilitarian leather Hermès set with a coordinating knit bralette and pointed pumps. With minimal glam and her bob styled a bit more undone than usual, the look had an edgier effect than her other recent appearances—and is one that’s begging to be recreated this spring.

BRB—ordering a pinstripe pantsuits ASAP. Bibb’s March 18 CNN appearance took this year’s pinstripe trend and somehow made it even chicer. With a wool coat draped over her shoulders, oval Gucci sunglasses, and a peek of burgundy pumps, the look is something that floral-wearing Kate Bohr wouldn’t dare reach for, but is one I’ll associate Bibb with forevermore.
