In life, there are some things that just don’t mix. Oil and water. Orange juice and toothpaste. Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic. Me and my best friend’s ex. But the worst combination of all time, ever? Cold, hardwood floors and bare feet—which after two months of being at home has become a social cause that I’ve taken a great interest in.
It is my personal belief that no one should have to endure cold feet in the comfort of their own home. The solution? A cozy, faux fur pair of slippers. I am letting go of the preconceived notion that slippers are for the wintertime because, frankly, at this point, Fridays feel like Tuesdays and seasons simply don’t exist.
