There is nothing better than easy, delicious meals that require close to zero cleanup—especially on weekdays when you are already pressed for time and, let’s face it, have had enough work to do already. One-pan meals are the ultimate busy-girl hack, which is why I love to make them so frequently. There are about eight different recipes that are constantly on rotation in my home and even more on my “Want to Eat” Pinterest board that range anywhere from plant-based recipes to pasta dishes. Who knew you could do so much with just one piece of cookware?
