Experience

Ever since she was introduced to editorial work during her freshman year of college in 2019, McKenna’s passion for this field and drive to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible has only continued to grow day by day. After working with and writing for College Magazine, College Fashionista, Her Campus, and more, she interned with The Everygirl editorial team. During her time as an intern, McKenna finished her final year at the University of Washington and received her BA in English: Creative Writing with a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice.

When she’s clocked in, you can find McKenna sipping on an iced oat milk latte and listening to her perfectly-curated Spotify playlists while wearing her Birkenstock Bostons (the best shoes of all time). After work, she’s most likely journaling, on a run, trying new restaurants and bars with her friends, rewatching Fleabag, or re-listening to SZA’s perfect album, Ctrl, for the millionth time.
