Wellness can feel like one long conveyor belt of the “next big thing.” A new supplement promising miracles, a gadget an influencer swears changed her life, a trend that takes over TikTok for six weeks before disappearing forever. And trust me, I get distracted by shiny new objects too (I just spent more than half my paycheck on Heaven Mayhem and Dissh’s Black Friday sales, so I fully understand the pull of new).
But the longer I work in wellness, the more I’ve learned that what actually moves the needle isn’t any trend at all; it’s having a solid toolkit that consistently supports your mind, body, and energy. If there’s one perk of spending my career testing products, trying routines, and interviewing the biggest experts, it’s that my own wellness routine has become a curated little ecosystem of things that actually make a difference. So if you’re building your Christmas list with your future self in mind—the version of you who’s stepping into January with goals, routines, and resolutions—these are the 16 things I’d put on my list if I didn’t already own them. They’re the rare wellness items that truly earn their place year after year.
Not to brag, but I have not gotten sick since I started taking colostrum and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my gut health. It’s one of those rare supplements that becomes a staple of your routine because it genuinely makes your body feel amazing, not because it’s trendy.

This meal delivery service made the list because this is a gift I give myself at least a couple times a year. On my most chaotic days or when I just need to reconnect to my body, I’m obsessed with Sakara. Their meals are so good, so fresh, and they pack in a wide variety of plants and superfoods so you feel so amazing.
This book was a game-changer for me, one of those “aha!” moments. Dr. Joe makes the science of energy and manifestation feel grounded and accessible, and it actually shifts how you move through your day. Every time I pick it up, I feel more connected to my future self, more aware of my patterns, and more empowered to change them. It’s one of those books that doesn’t just inspire you, it changes you.
Girl to girl: You ned this tee in your life. One of my favorite weekly rituals has turned into a movement thanks to my podcast girls, and now you can get the inspo as part of a cute OOTD. Wear it on your hot girl walks and thank me later.

Unfortunately, I do fear a red light face mask is worth the steeper price tag. It’s become part of my nighttime wind-down and I just wear it for 10-20 minutes whenever I watch TV or read, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my skin overtime.
Bala Bangles are not only my favorite equipment to have at hone, but genuinely my favorite fitness hack of this past year. I wear them when walking, getting ready, cooking dinner, etc. and you get an arm workout without even thinking about it.
As someone who wears workout clothes every single day (it’s my job?), I’ve tried a lot of leggings and brands. I keep coming back to these over and over. They’re comfy enough that I would wear to lounge around but structured and fitted enough that they’re my favorite pair for any workout. I have 4 colors.

I use a blender multiple times a day: a smoothie, a frothy latte, creamy soup, avocado pudding, DIY ice cream. The options are truly limitless. The Beast Blender is my favorite, it looks so chic sitting on my countertop I never feel like I have to put it away.

Mouth tape is one of those “trendy” things that I genuinely do swear by and now have been mouth taping while sleeping for over two years. It helps me wake up so much more energized and sleep so much deeper.
I love the Canopy humidifier because it quietly does so much for my skin without me even thinking about it. I wake up feeling less dry, my skin looks plumper, and my congestion is basically nonexistent when it’s running. It’s small, clean, and actually looks cute on the nightstand. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes wellness habits that makes everything else feel better.

I just may be Dan Buettner’s biggest fan, but this is my favorite field of wellness and finding his work genuinely transformed how I think about and prioritize health. The Blue Zones are the longest living populations in the world, and what they can teach us is so much more important than any HealthTok trend.
I am not naturally a great sleeper. The stars have to align in order for me to get a good night sleep. So I rely on these capsules that have no melatonin and only calming herbs that work with my body’s circadian rhythm to not only help me fall and stay asleep throughout the night, but help my body’s sleep cycles overtime.
I mean, what Pilates girl doesn’t need another pair of Pilates socks or would not want these as a gift? These are my favorite pair I own–the ruffle and bow are such a cute touch.
Deodorant used to be the most unexciting product to me. I’ve been through so many, and all I wanted was an aluminum-free option that works great. After trying Nécessaire’s, I am passionate about deodorant. Like, I tell everyone in my life they need this. It smells amazing, and makes me smell incredible all day (I never need to reapply like others).

My body feels best when it’s sweating consistently and you know I love to take care of my health, but I also am a girl who loves a Bravo show and a Real Housewife binge. One of my favorite rituals is sweating it out in this sauna blanket while catching up on my shows. My body feels amazing and it’s the most fun habit stack.

I am a matcha girl to my core. A matcha latte is my favorite ritual every morning and this is my favorite matcha. With added collagen protein, adaptogenic mushrooms, ginger, turmeric, maca and goji, it also packs in a lot more amazing nutrients. Also, I love the taste (slightly spicy) more than other matcha.
