It seems like nearly every day a new celeb or influencer comes out with their own podcast, and it gets hard to keep track of which ones are relevant, worthwhile, and most importantly, hot girl approved. And with oftentimes 60+ minute episodes, it’s hard to know off the bat if a podcast is something you want to dedicate your precious time to (because there’s nothing worse than listening to an entire episode and deciding it just wasn’t for you).

Cue the hot girls: because nothing pairs better with a hot girl walk than an entertaining or inspirational podcast. The girls want a podcast that makes them feel seen and heard. We want relatable, funny, and a little bit of sisterly advice here and there. We want tips and tricks to keep us feeling our best and gossip or news that keeps us informed. We’re looking for a podcast we can throw on while cooking, or roadtripping, or even just walking to get a morning coffee.
I’ve compiled a tried and true list of the podcasts that the girls are actually listening to and the ones that will keep you up to date with all the things the hot girls care about. Whether it’s comedy, trending topics, celebrity gossip, or the podcasts that just make you feel like you’re on Facetime with your bestie, I’ve got you covered.
1. Cancelled
Episodes: 90+
Nothing truly makes me feel so in tune with myself and other women than listening to Tana Mongeau and Brooke Schofield rant about love, life, celeb drama, and trends. There aren’t many podcasts that feel so raw and real, and Cancelled truly feels like a stream of consciousness, like you are listening to two best friends (and hot girls) just having a conversation. The hot girl seal of approval goes to Tana and Brooke for giving us the tea from our favorite social media stars and keeping us informed on the influencers we are getting our inspo from and watching during our TikTok scrolls. This is my go-to podcast for almost any time or day, as it’s truly just so entertaining.
2. The Broski Report with Brittany Broski
Episodes: 50+
If you are in need of some serious laughter, I absolutely recommend The Broski Report by Brittany Broski. Filled with hilarious one-liners and insane comedic timing, this podcast is my favorite to watch when I’m having a bad day. The hot girls love to see a woman who is so comfortable and confident in the comedy world, an overwhelmingly male-dominated industry, and quite honestly is one of the funniest influencers as of late. To make it even better, I absolutely prefer to watch the YouTube version of her shows, which gives you the visual humor that she performs so well.
3. Hot Mess with Alix Earle
Episodes: 40+
One of the internet’s consistently trending influencers and renowned hot girls, Alix Earle, began the Hot Mess podcast in perfect alignment with her social media presence. So many of the hot girls resonated with Alix as she rose in popularity on TikTok, mainly for her transparency and relatability. Unlike other influencers, Alix talks about the messiness of life and isn’t afraid to admit she isn’t perfect. This podcast follows just that, talking about the realness of life’s ups and downs. Her podcast is great for when you just want to feel seen or heard, and the girlies respect her even more for it.
4. I’m On Your Side
Episodes: 25+
What makes hot girls as powerful as they are in our world today is their self-awareness and self-love. Whether you are going through a hard time in your life or just need the extra push to elevate your mindset, Sierra Boudreaux has you covered in I’m On Your Side. She works with us through self-reflection and helps forge the path for some serious personal growth. So, if you’re looking to get inspired and be a part of a thoughtful conversation, this one’s for you.
5. Call Her Daddy
Episodes: 250+
This couldn’t be a hot girl podcast roundup without the OG Call Her Daddy. Alex Cooper truly paved the way for female podcasters and changed the industry for the better. Starting off as a contracted Barstool Sports podcast, a male-dominant company, it quickly rose in popularity and eventually became its own entity, signing a deal with Spotify worth $60 million and is labeled as the “most-listened-to podcast by women.” Although older episodes are mostly filled with more lighthearted sex and relationship tips and story times, more recent ones have transformed into an array of other topics and celeb interviews as well for a truly well-rounded girly podcast. It is entertaining, but also can be super inspirational, and is absolutely worth a listen.
6. Poog
Episodes: 190+
We all know the girlies are obsessed with wellness. From the 30/30/30 method to trying chia seeds or metabolism products, we try it all in hopes of a winner. Mix that with some hilarious banter, and you’ve got Poog. Kate Berlin and Jacqueline Novak talk about wellness products and practices and the reality behind most of them. These hilarious episodes are entertaining but still leave you with actual useful information, too—double bingo.
7. The Comment Section with Drew Afualo
Episodes: 130+
Pinned as the ultimate girl’s girl, anyone on TikTok has likely come across at least one video of Drew Afualo doing her thing. With weekly guests ranging from trending influencers to celebs like Chappell Roan (who the hot girls are currently loving), Drew takes them through their own brutal and raw comment sections. These episodes bear so much laughter but also relatability and realness. The Comment Section dives into the harsh reality of social media and offers advice as well, making this a must-listen podcast.
8. ICYMI
Episodes: 350+
The term “hot girl” itself was coined by the internet, and in turn, the girlies are always up to date and getting their inspo from social media. That said, ICYMI, hosted by Candice Lim (and Rachelle Hampton, although she has just recently left the podcast), keeps us updated on everything going on in the social mediascape today. They give us details about the newest trends and influencers and also invite guests to talk about relevant stories. And as if that weren’t already enough for the girls, they also play some super entertaining storytelling games. So, if you’re looking for something to put on while you’re cooking or cleaning at home, you should not skip out on this one.
9. The Everygirl Podcast
Episodes: 110+
Shameless plug. But seriously, our podcast has you covered on so many topics and gives you a little bit of everything the hot girls want. From guests and experts on love, life, sex, and wellness, this podcast provides the girlies with inspirational and digital guidance in all aspects of life. The girls want inspiration, and The Everygirl Podcast will leave you ready to try out something new or make some positive life changes (including your sex life). It also covers trending topics and the biggest buzz as of late. So, if you’re in need of some serious girl talk, tune on in. This one is perfect for your next hot girl walk, so grab your coffee and get inspired!
10. Binchtopia
Episodes: 180+
If there’s one thing about being a hot girl I take pride in the most, it’s knowing that it’s OK to not be perfect and still be aware of the reality around me. There are times when I absolutely just want to be left to my existential dread, and if you’re a dark-humor girl like me, this one’s for you. Binchtopia is so incredibly relatable and talks us through pop culture and the world we live in today. Our fellow hot girls not only have the beauty but also the brains and like to stay updated on what’s happening in the world. If you’re looking for a break from more inspirational podcasts and are just looking for some laughs and relatability, Binchtopia is for you.
11. Petty Crimes
Episodes: 100+
Let’s be honest. Many of us hot girls (and myself included) are some serious true crime junkies. And if that includes you, try giving this podcast a listen. Petty Crimes is hosted by Ceara Jane O’Sullivan and Griff Stark-Ennis and is a hilarious take on your usual crime show. Each week, the two analyze a minor dispute and investigate in true crime fashion. This show is such a fun and entertaining ride throughout and will leave you itching to hear their final verdict in the end. So, if you love true crime and comedy, this one’s the perfect mix for you.
