15 Lunches You Can Meal Prep on Sunday

In between trying to recharge from the previous week and trying to run errands on your to-do list for the upcoming one, a relaxing Sunday sounds like the solution to every hectic event that you had to endure for the last 6 days. And who can blame you? It’s difficult to be on-the-go when your mind is restless from the things you need (or want) to do and your body is tired from trying to keep up.

Although having a peaceful Sunday is always recommended, it also sets the tempting idea to catch up on all your favorite shows and spend hours on your laptop googling random questions (it happens). Before you know it, Sunday is over and you’re scurrying to meet your deadlines at work and skipping your lunch or buying food from the restaurant conveniently across the street from your work.

Planning beforehand is the key to success – relax on your Sunday while also starting the week of right by preparing next week’s meals. Here, we’ve put together some ideas for you to have a good Sunday and healthy week.

Why would anyone want to make your lunches for the whole week that’s unhealthy and just gross

  • I’m always all in on the healthy weekly meal prep! I’m about to make my standard Mexican kale salad and I really like the idea of turning it into a steak fajita variation!

  • Everything looks so delicious! Steak Fajita Salad is definitely my favorite one. The meat in the picture looks so perfectly cooked.

  • Everything looks good (except the sriracha tuna stuff cuz…oww spice is not my friend!) but I never have the money to buy half of the ingredients required for these things, let alone have the time to make them. Bummer.

  • Love the meal prep idea. Sunday is a great day to just get things done. However, there are times when I can’t help but get a bit stressed out about the work week that’s to come. If you ever felt the “Sunday Blues” you might relate to my post!
