A new year calls for hitting the refresh button on our workweek lunches. We're pushing our salad staples to the side in favor of hearty bowls packed with good-for-you ingredients and delicous flavors. Whether they start with quinoa, rice or noodles as the base, these lunch bowls are filled with a lot to love--veggies, beans, chicken or fish, and whenever possible, avocado. We've rounded up some of our favorite recipes here to inspire you to branch out of your lunchtime rut.
