Last month we asked you to show us what morning meal starts your day, and did you deliver! We’ve scoured #theeverygirlcooks Instagram feed for reader submissions and rounded up our very favorite breakfast ideas. From a pretty breakfast tart to chia pudding to toast topped with yogurt (yes!), these recipes are every bit as easy as they are delicious. You can be sure that we’ll be taste testing each of these ourselves—as if we needed any more reasons to love breakfast!

@saramueller: We think this pretty breakfast tart is a perfect excuse to keep our PJs on a little longer next weekend and whip up brunch.

@erinmbassett: Roasted tomatoes + garlic toast + fried egg. So simple that Erin relayed the entire recipe right with her Instagram photo. Just add a cup of joe.

@ashley_neese: We love this healthy breakfast made with trendy chia pudding, nut milk, bananas, coconut flakes, cacao nibs and a dash of cinnamon.

@elizbatte: Almond orange scones. Is there anything else to say except yum? 

@blueberrybite: Yogurt on toast? This idea is new to us, but we’re totally down. Top dense, seeded bread with yogurt, chia seeds, gluten-free muesli, and berries.

@runwaychef: We weren’t too sure what “one-bowl banana bread” meant, but Alyssa was just being quite literal–mix all the ingredients in one bowl and bake in the oven. Sounds easy and delicious to us.
